WE PLAY

WITH

PURPOSE

OL Reign is proud of its culture and heritage, built over the years alongside its dedicated Royal Guard and community partners. As a founding member of the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) in 2013, the club and its players continue to lead and cultivate a culture committed to addressing key social issues that impact OL Reign’s local and global communities.

Our purpose:

To activate and engage in community relationships that support OL Reign’s vision in building a more inclusive world.

ABOUT us

  • To inspire our communities to advocate for a more equitable world by centering lived, intersectional experiences (race, gender, sexual orientation, class, religion, etc.) in OL Reign's community work on and off the pitch.

Everyone deserves the same chance to grow and succeed in a safe environment.

We want to bring joy to people for them to be confident and stand for what they believe in.

  • We want to leverage the strengths of our first team and academy players to create an inclusive and equitable culture in soccer through:

    • Athletic performance on and off the field

    • Accessible and inspiring role models

    • Creating safe and accessible spaces to thrive

    • Being bold and innovative advocates for restorative justice and social change

    • Excellence, we’re always looking to perform and improve on and off the field

    • Inclusivity, everyone is welcomed and treated fairly, equally and with care.

OL Reign does not tolerate discrimination on or off the pitch, and celebrates diversity when it comes to:

      • Race

      • Gender Equity

      • Sexual Orientation

      • Age

      • Ability/Disability

      • Neurodiversity

      • Socioeconomic Status

      • Religious Freedom

    • Authenticity, everyone is free to be as they are and have authentic passion toward their mission

    • Boldness, we have the courage to act even in the face of adversity and fear

    • Engagement, we love what we do, we want to be vocal about the things we believe in and have an impact on communities
